7th and 8th Grade Volleyball Training Session

Our 7th and 8th grade training sessions will be a combination of skill development and competitive drills and scrimmages. Coaches will provide players with a chance to continue to improve their skills at passing, serving, hitting, blocking, and setting. Additionally, they will train players in one defensive system and how to work as a team during competitive play. Players should be prepared to have one-two positions that they are willing/able to play.
