The Tri-City United Soccer Club plays in the Southern Minnesota Soccer League for the spring/summer soccer season. The Southern Minnesota Soccer League (SMSL) serves established and growing soccer communities of Southern Minnesota.

Competitive: Ages U9 - U18. Season runs early-April through late-June. Typically, 1-3 practices and 1-2 matches per week. Travel is required for away games. Players arrange their own transportation. The option for one team tournament is also included in the fee.

The age group your child plays in is based on their birth year (not their grade in school).

U12      - 2014, 2015

U14-19 - 2008, 2009, 2010, 2011, 2012, 2013 (this may be multiple teams, based on age/number of players)

Uniforms are included - two jerseys (one home and one away) and shorts.  Players will need to provide their own socks (plain black), cleats and shin guards. 

Practice days and times will vary based on coaches availability. Location is based on field availability.

SMSL plans a 10 game season (with 9 or 11 games if needed based on brackets). Game days may vary.

Parent volunteer coaches are needed in order to play for all age levels, please let us know if you are willing to help coach. Background check required.

Coaching Clinic: A coaching clinic will be held in early April for all summer coaches. Watch for more details as the season gets closer.

Registration deadline for competitive teams is February 24th.
