Come and join in a hands-on experience to learn, prepare, and taste Chinese- American style egg rolls and summer rolls. We will cover the types of wrappers used, different filling ideas, rolling techniques, and ways to cook them. By taking this class, you’ll have a greater appreciation for the variety of egg rolls that there are, as well as how to make them at home. Please bring a 9x13 pan to bring home about a dozen rolls.
